From Principal level upwards, you earn a quarterly management bonus based on your team's average quarterly revenue per fee earner, not your own billings. The more you develop your team, the more you earn.

All employees are eligible for a Founders Bonus; a monetary bonus awarded by the founders for exceptional contributions to the business. It can be given at any time throughout the year, and is not limited to performance reviews or the end of the calendar year.

Our rolling 12-month average system means high billers are rewarded immediately, and your commission rate reflects your momentum, not a fixed tier.
Your commission percentage is determined by your average monthly billings over the past 12 months. A deal is "done" when the invoice is sent, that's when it counts toward your billings. The commission itself is applied only to that month's billings, not the average figure.
For your first three months, you are not included in the rolling commission scheme, this serves as your training and ramp-up period. However, any deals you complete during this period automatically qualify for the highest commission bracket at 25%. You hit the ground running from day one.
Here's an example showing how the rolling average works across your first three active months:

All three months fall within the training period, so every deal earns a flat 25% — regardless of rolling average. $210,000 billed across three months earns $52,500 in commission. Once the training period ends, those months feed into the rolling average, giving a strong starting position of $210,000/month average, landing straight in the 25% bracket.
